Rkatsiteli
Rkatsiteli is specie of grape grown in Gurjaani micro zone, where is excellent climatic conditions for the production of traditional Khakhetian wine. Wine Rkatsiteli is produced according to old Kakhetian technologies. The grapes are crushed in a press and the wine is fermented and stored in large earthen crocks (“kvevri”). The wine is naturally filtered. The wine is characterized by dark straw color, mild tannin and velvety taste. Insignificant crust is acceptable.

Saperavi
Saperavi grapes are grown in Gurjaani micro zone, which is one of the most famous areas in the viticulture. The wine is characterized with pleasant dark-red coloring and pronounced cherry aroma and taste. The wine is fermented in large earthen crocks (“kvevri”) according to traditional Kakhetian winemaking procedures and is naturally filtered. . Insignificant crust is acceptable.
